Keeping Children Safe
Child safety is our highest priority. Everything we create is designed to be a positive, educational and safe experience for your child.
Our Promise to Your Family
At Inni & Enni, we believe that creating products for children is a profound responsibility. Every decision we make — from product design to content creation to data handling — begins with a single question: "Is this safe, healthy and beneficial for children?"
Our Safety Commitments
Safety Is Our Highest Priority
Every feature is built with child safety as the first consideration — not added as an afterthought. We design for the most vulnerable user.
Age-Appropriate Content
All content is carefully created and reviewed to ensure it is suitable for children aged 4–10. Nothing harmful, frightening or inappropriate ever makes it into the app.
No Harmful Content
Our app is completely ad-free. There is no inappropriate content, no behavioural tracking and no exposure to anything that could upset or harm a child.
Parental Supervision
We encourage parents and guardians to supervise younger children during use. You know your child best, and your involvement makes the experience even better.
Emotional Wellbeing
We design experiences that build confidence and curiosity, not dependency. No addictive design patterns and no engagement manipulation.
Positive & Educational
The app is designed to provide a positive and educational experience that helps children learn, create and grow in a safe, joyful environment.
Compliance & Standards
Our products comply with Apple Kids Category requirements, COPPA (US), GDPR-K (EU) and other applicable children's privacy laws. We work with child safety experts and regularly review our practices to exceed legal requirements.
Reporting Concerns
If you encounter anything in our products that concerns you, please report it immediately to team@innienni.com. We take every report seriously and respond promptly.
Continuous Improvement
Safety is not a destination — it's an ongoing practice. We continuously review, update and improve our safety measures as technology and understanding evolve.
